Wats is a software platform that helps businesses manage WhatsApp business conversations, organize teams and users, run automation and workflow features, connect with Meta, WhatsApp, and other services, and monitor activity and improve customer communication. This Policy applies to visitors of wats.com.sa, users of the Wats platform, prospective and current customers, users who sign in through Meta or Facebook Login, and anyone who communicates with us through the website or platform.

Account data: Name, company name, email address, mobile number, authentication data. Platform usage data: IP address, browser and device information, login logs, session and diagnostic data. Meta and WhatsApp integration data: Account identifiers, access tokens, webhook data, messages and media metadata. Support and communication data: Messages, inquiries, technical support requests.
